In conjunction with the premiere of Domenico Cimarosa’s opera Il matrimonio segreto, the Nordic Network for Early Opera and the research project Performing Premodernity are jointly organising a seminar around the theatrical and musical issues involved in the performance of late 18th-century comic opera, then and now.
